Nutrition sessions will focus on creating balance and adequacy with food intake through meal plans or other nutritional goals. Sessions will also include nutrition education, identifying barriers to accomplishing goals, and processing your relationship with food. The goals are to help you make peace with food and your body and to develop a healthy relationship with exercise.

A multidisciplinary team approach is used. Your therapist and other health professionals will be contacted and updated with progress to ensure a team approach to your treatment.

There are times when a higher level of care is indicated. Those higher levels of care may include intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization program, inpatient, and residential treatment. If higher level of care is necessary, a treatment facility will be recommended and care coordinated.
